VEHICLE REDEMPTION PROCESS
Our Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. If your car has been repossessed, here is the information you will need to assist you in this process:
1.) If are attempting to redeem your vehicle please contact your lien-holder immediately we cannot assist until your lienholder has sent us a release.
2.) A release from the local Police Dept, or Sheriff Dept (depending on jurisdiction of vehicle) is also required.
3.) Call 530-895-8697 to set up an appoint within our office hours.
If you are attempting to just collect personal effects that were in your automobile please contact our office.
